Our clients, an elegant elderly couple, approached us with a clear vision: they wanted a beautiful, functional luxury condo in the heart of downtown that would serve as their primary home before transitioning to their forever retirement residence. Their key priorities were comfort, functionality, and the ability to entertain in a space that truly reflected their style. Despite the condo’s modest size, we were tasked with maximizing the space while achieving all of their goals.

We designed a cozy yet sophisticated living room that balances comfort and elegance. A curved, plush sofa paired with ergonomic swivel chairs allows our clients to enjoy both the stunning city views and television comfortably, while carefully considering their back support. The layout ensures fluid movement through the space without sacrificing intimacy or style. For dining and entertaining, we incorporated a lounge-style table with four custom chairs, replacing a traditional formal dining setup. This approach allows the couple to enjoy meals and socializing in a relaxed, inviting setting that works seamlessly within the condo’s footprint. The bedrooms were thoughtfully curated to reflect the couple’s personal style while remaining functional for guests. We integrated luxurious, tactile materials, smart storage solutions, and layered lighting to create restful and elegant retreats. Additional details, such as carefully selected nightstands, accent chairs, and bespoke artwork, ensure that every element contributes to a cohesive, warm, and stylish environment.
